Swedish style massage, is a full body generalized relaxation massage. It includes long gliding strokes, and is intended to be very calming for the body and mind
Each treatment is catered to meet your specific needs and target any problem areas.
Therapeutic Massage
A therapeutic massage session incorporates more emphasis on problem areas, or muscle injury . A therapeutic session may include stretching, and neruomuscular therapy (trigger point and adhesion release) The full body may not be covered if there is an area that needs more attention.
Energy movement Massage
A full Swedish style massage ending with Reiki energy healing. This treatment involves working with the physical body and the energy body.
