MINDFUL VINYASA FLOW is a class not only centered around strength, physique building, and flexibility, but also incorporates a strong emphasis on energy movement, and meditation.
Props and modifications are offered throughout to offer a gentle approach suitable for a wide age range, and those with varied experience.
All studio classes are held at Black Mountain Yoga. You can find the schedule on the website.
Retreats and events
If you are holding a private group, retreat or event, I am available to guide the group through yoga classes. I am also open to help host, lead groups, and meditation circles.
The biggest difference in a private session opposed to a full class is the extra hands on support, and catering to the individual's needs.
I will work with you one-on-one to meet your goals for the session, whether its to increase flexibility, relieve pain, get more of a workout, or clear the mind. I will also offer more hands-on adjustments throughout as necessary.
Touch itself is is important not only for realigning and offering support through the asana (yoga postures) but also for providing a sense of ease and comfort for the body, so it can realx into the postures.
Virtual sessions can be one-on-one, or with a group. I offer restorative, and vinyasa yoga, with all sessions catered towards the host or individual client preferences. Sessions are held via Zoom.
